This morning, you will drive south to Waterton Lakes National Park, where the Prairies meet the peaks of the Rocky Mountains. Discover some natural wonders, such as a canyon and cascades. Pay a visit to the lakeside village of Waterton, which will charm you with its quaint mountain village feel. Here you will find a historic hotel constructed in 1927, you will have a chance to take a scenic boat cruise on the deepest natural Waterton Lake, enjoy a round-trip adventure crossing the border into U.S. waters (don’t require a passport), watch for wildlife on the shoreline, as black bear and moose have been known to make an appearance.

You must discover the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, and Rocky Mountain House National Historic Site, later passing beautiful trip peaks of Three Sisters and Canmore, arrive Banff for rest of day.
