Across the Straight of Georgia is Victoria, voted one of the most romantic city in the world. Located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, this charming city is the capital city of British Columbia, and home to its Legislative Assembly. Walking down the streets in Downtown Victoria, one will immediately fall in love with its Victorian styled buildings. The inner harbour is lively any time of the day during Summer, and transformed into a romantic stroll once the sun goes down. Vancouver Island is also home to the world renowned Butchard Gardents, which was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 2004 when it turned 100 years old!

The 2010 Winter Olympic was one for the history books for Canada, and Whistler was primed and centred as the main stage for many of its Alpine competitions.  With a combined 8171 acres of terrain, Whistler Blackcomb is the largest ski resort in North America.
