Yukon Wildlife Preserve Tour

Day 1 Vancouver - Whitehorse - Aurora viewing (1st night)
We will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in downtown Whitehorse. The hotel is located within walking distance of all attractions, restaurants, banks and stores. We will have an informational meeting and registration for additional optional tours at the hotel. Take your time for fitting the winter clothing; rest of time for shopping and dinner on your own. At 10 pm departure for Aurora viewing. A cozy, heated cabin or wall tent with hot drinks and snacks makes your Aurora viewing even more enjoyable. Return to hotel around 2:30 am.

Day 2 Whitehorse - city tour - Aurora viewing (2nd night)
Sleep in the morning. 10 am city tour with Main Street, Train Depot of the White Pass and Yukon Route, Visitor Reception Center, Log Skyscraper, Log Church, Sternwheeler SS Klondike, Fish ladder, Schwatka Lake and some residential areas. Afternoon enjoys option tours; you can sign up for Dog Sledding or ice fishing to experience unique winter activates. At 10 pm departure for Aurora viewing. Again, in a warm-up cabin, hot drinks and snacks are provided. You may sit around a roaring fire and share stories. Return to hotel around 2.30 am.
Day 3 Whitehorse - Yukon Wildlife Preserve - Whitehorse
Free morning on your own to explore Whitehorse. The afternoon will join the fantastic Yukon Wildlife Preserve, a great opportunity to view and photograph wildlife in its natural habitat and enjoy the winter landscape. We will spot bison, Elk, Dall sheep, Mountain Goat, Woodland Caribous, Wood Bison, Musk-Ox and many more. Later, we will visit Takhini Hot Springs, where we can relax in the hot springs mineral water for an hour. (Bring your own Trunks or swimming suit and a towel to soak at Hot Springs) If you like, you may also join the 3rd nights Aurora Viewing at your own expense, or just rest at the hotel for a warm, quiet night.
Day 4 Whitehorse - Vancouver
Enjoy your free time in the morning, find some special souvenirs to bring home. Afterwards, check out from the hotel and leave for the airport, ending this unforgettable Aurora trip.

Dog Sledding (3-4 hours)

You are heading to a dog kennel outside of Whitehorse, transfer by VAN. After arriving, you’ll watch your guide harnessing your dogs and hitching them to the sled, then teaching you how to drive the dog sled. The highlight of this excursion will be when you run your dog team!

Snowmobile Driving (4 hours) (minimum 2 people)

Learning how to drive a snow machine and all the safety introduction first; After instructions and a trial run with your instructor, you’ll be driving your own machine over prepared trails through the incredible winter landscape of the Yukon.

Whitehorse Aurora Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing and Snowshoeing (4 hours) (minimum 2 person)

Our guide will drive to the frozen lake then showing you how to use the snowshoes walking onto the lice lake with our fishing equipment; when you luck, catch a lake Trout or Grayling, and learning pull it out through the hole!
