    This seven-day leisure itinerary offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Alaska, including everything from Denali, North America’s highest mountain; the famous Chena Hot Springs Resort; the story filled Fairbanks, which flourished duruing to the gold rush; and Anchorage, the northernmost major city in the United States.

    • Sina Hot Springs Resort Sina Hot Springs is located in the heart of a 40 square mile geothermal area with a constant flow of water. While here, be sure to check out the Aurora Ice Museum, which is made from over 1,000 tons of ice and snow!
    • Route 3 connects travelers from Anchorage to Fairbanks. Although the entire drive takes about seven hours, during the summer you’ll have plenty of daylight to take your time and enjoy the scenery, as well as experience Alaska’s famous midnight sun.

    1. Day 1 Anchorage - Denali National Park (238 miles)

      Arrive in Anchorage, pick up your luggage and go to the car rental company counter to get the rental car, then set off for the world’s largest wildlife reserve – Denali National Park. Drive all the way north and enjoy the unique natural scenery of the north along the way. After about three hours, you will arrive at Denali National Park, which covers an area of ​​about six million acres. It was established in 1916 and opened to the public after the completion of the railway project in 1923. You can overlook Mt. McKinley, the highest peak in North America (6195m). The scenery along the way is spectacular, with large and small lakes formed by melted snow, set against the snow-white mountain tops and tundra grasslands. This scenery can only be seen in Alaska for about three to four months a year. Tonight, you can go to watch the Alaska Cabin Nite and enjoy a local meal at your own expense.

    2. Day 2 Denali National Park

      Today we will join the Tundra Wilderness Tour, which will take us deep into Denali National Park to experience a tundra wildlife adventure. We will take a special bus to tour the tundra desert of Denali National Park and reach Mile 53 of the Park Road, where you can see the wonders of the park – such as American reindeer, elk, bighorn sheep, grizzly bears and wolves. When weather permits, you can also enjoy the view of Mount McKinley, the highest peak in America, from the observation point. Overnight at Mackenzie Resort. In the afternoon, you can participate in other activities at your own expense, such as off-road vehicle adventures, horse-drawn carriage tours, or helicopter sightseeing trips…etc.

    3. Day 3 Denali National Park - Fairbanks - Chena Hot Springs Resort and Spa (approximately 160 miles)

      In the morning, we leave Denali and continue northward for about two hours to reach Fairbank. After lunch, we set off for Chena Hot Springs Resort. Sina Hot Springs is one of the most special tourist attractions in the world for viewing the Northern Lights; because it offers both the fun of soaking in the outdoor hot spring pool (there are also indoor hot spring pools) and the opportunity to view the Northern Lights; please bring your own swimsuit; wear your swimsuit to enjoy the outdoor hot spring bath! In the afternoon, visit the mini version of the ICE HOTEL, where you can actually touch the ice castle made entirely of ice, the polar bear ice bed, the ice sculptures, or sit on the ice chairs at the ICE BAR and enjoy a drink in an ”ice cup”.     4. Day 4 Chena Hot Springs Resort and Spa - Fairbanks

      In the morning, we will leave Chena Hot Springs and return to Fairbank. On the way, visit the Alaska Pipeline: This 1,480-kilometer pipeline runs through Alaska from Pro Bay in the Arctic to Ferraguía in Valdez, crossing the Arctic tundra and many discontinuous tundras; then go to Mine No. 8 to learn about the century-old history of gold mining in Alaska. Then visit Santa Claus’s House in the Arctic Village: you will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa Claus, as well as Santa Claus’ exclusive mount Reindeer and the Arctic cabin! Fairbank is also known as the Golden Heart of Alaska. 100 years ago, rich gold mines were discovered near Fairbank. Get more travel information about this golden city at the Fairbank Visitor Center! The huge statue in Golden Heart Park symbolizes the vitality of national integration! In the afternoon, we will go to the University of Alaska’s Museum of the North to learn about the polar displays in Alaska; the tundra, oil, the northern lights, the coastline, the indigenous people, the gold rush, and various northern wildlife. We will also watch a video about the northern lights, which introduces the northern lights, their beauty, and the stories of the Indians! For dinner, you can go and taste Alaska’s unique grilled salmon meal (Alaska Salmon Bake) at your own expense, allowing you to enjoy a delicious dinner with the sound of music.

    5. Day 5 Fairbank - Talkeetna (245 miles)

      Leaving Fairbank, head south to Talkeetna, which is the closest to Mount McKinley and where you can see the mountain from different angles. Talkeetna is the gateway for climbers to climb Mount McKinley every summer. All climbers must enter the mountain from here and then be taken to the base camp by plane before they can start climbing. You can take a seaplane or a small plane, which is a common means of transportation in Alaska, to participate in the McKinley experience tour at your own expense. The main peak, Mount McKinley, is 6,174 meters above sea level, the highest peak in North America and a sacred mountain in the minds of Americans. The secondary peaks, Mount Frock, are 5,303 meters above sea level, and Mount Hunter is 4,442 meters above sea level, together depicting a majestic sacred mountain wonder. You can also take a jet boat tour (Takena Jet Boat) at your own expense (departure at 18:30 in the afternoon), enter the intersection of the Talkeetna River with the Big Susana River and the Little Susana River, and dock on the forest riverbank. The tour guide will lead tourists into the forest to visit the hunter’s cabin and introduce various hunting tools and animal skins, and introduce the lifestyle of Alaska for hundreds of years.     6. Day 6 Talkeetna - Wasilla - Anchorage (113 miles)

      Drive south to Wasilla first and visit the headquarters of the Alaska Iditarod Dog Sled Race to experience this international event held every March. The 1,046-mile long-distance race from Anchorage to Nome is the ultimate test of the physical limits of humans and dogs, and the best proof of the close relationship between dogs and humans! Return to Anchorage, the capital of Alaska, at noon. You can visit the Earthquake Park, Seaplane Airport, Alaska Museum, Native Reservation Center and Alaska Train Station. The 9.2 magnitude earthquake in 1964 not only destroyed Anchorage, but also brought another life to Anchorage!

    7. Day 7 Leaving Anchorage

      Check out before 11 am and remember to return the rental vehicle 45 minutes in advance to end this unforgettable trip.
